Use cases
Engagements seen through from start to finish
A large services group, a construction equipment rental firm, a heritage restoration company: very different worlds, one way of working, from scoping all the way to adoption by the teams. Out of discretion, we do not name the companies.
01 · Large services group · Interim management
Redesigning a large group’s customer journeys, and re-enchanting the experience
The context
At the heart of an omnichannel transformation programme, a large services group had to rebuild all of its customer journeys, online and in its points of sale, and re-enchant the experience of a very broad offer, with many disciplines meeting at every interface.
What we did
- Taking over, as interim manager, the UX/UI design team in charge of the journeys
- Redesigning the journeys from proposition to offer, designed from the outset for every channel
- Coordinating a very broad offer (AI, supply chain, e-commerce) and all of its interfaces

02 · Construction equipment rental · Platform & AI
A complete platform to run a fleet of construction equipment
The context
A smaller construction company, specialised in renting out equipment with operators, needed to run its fleet of machines and everything that makes up a rental business day to day.
What we did
- Scoping the need with the teams, from strategy to brief
- Designing and developing a complete SaaS platform, whose rollout AI greatly accelerated by speeding up our understanding of the business processes
- Running the whole fleet in a single tool: orders, machine transfers, invoicing, maintenance, repairs
- Built-in AI to assist the teams day to day
- Rollout, then support for the teams as they adopted the tool

03 · Heritage restoration · Strategy, AI & risk
Age-old crafts, a strategy for tomorrow
The context
A company restoring historic monuments, whose craftspeople come from the French compagnonnage tradition (mostly timber framing, but also stone), needed a complete strategic perspective.
What we did
- Leadership seminars to build a shared vision
- A strategic study on opening up to other sectors, luxury in particular
- Building the strategic roadmap and decision-support tools
- Bringing AI into craft trades that seem far removed from tech
- Risk and crisis management: from fragility to robustness, then antifragility
Topics Seminars · Strategy · Diversification · AI · Risk management
