Contact requests
Data: name, email, organisation, subject and message. Purpose: replying to your request and, where relevant, discussing a project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and AZEKA’s legitimate interest in replying to the requests it receives. Fields marked with an asterisk are required for us to reply.
Applications
Data: name, email, organisation, MBA (optional), link to a professional profile and message. Purpose: reviewing your application to join AZEKA. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Please do not send us any sensitive data (health, opinions, origin…): it is not needed.
Technical logs
Like any website, our host records technical logs (IP address, page requested, date and time, browser) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: AZEKA’s legitimate interest in protecting its site. These logs are kept for a limited period by the host.
Retention
Contact requests: no more than three years after the last exchange, then deleted. If an engagement begins: for the duration of the relationship, then for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Unsuccessful applications: no more than two years after the last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Messages also remain in our business mailbox for the same periods.
Recipients and processors
Your data is read only by the people at AZEKA in charge of your request. It passes through technical providers acting on our behalf: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting), Web3Forms (routing the form to our mailbox, with temporary storage before automatic deletion), Google (Google Workspace business email) Umami (audience measurement) and, with your consent, Microsoft (Clarity). No data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers are based in the United States or have data processed there. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates in it, as Netlify does, or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to set instructions for what happens to it after your death. To exercise them: mael.machane@azeka-paris.com. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France).
Cookies and trackers
Without your consent, this site sets no cookies. Only the area reserved for the AZEKA team uses a session cookie, strictly necessary for signing in. Your theme choice (light or dark) and your answer to the cookie banner are remembered in your browser and never transmitted. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, with no call to any third-party service. Audience measurement relies on Umami: no cookies, no individual identifier, no IP address stored, within the conditions under which the CNIL exempts it from consent.
Browsing analysis (with your consent)
When the cookie banner is shown and you accept it, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is browsed and improve it: clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, pages viewed, device type and approximate country, as heatmaps and session recordings. What you type in forms is masked and never recorded. Legal basis: your consent. Cookies set: _clck (one year) and _clsk (one day). Your choice is kept for six months, then asked again. You can withdraw it at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Microsoft Corporation, which provides this service, participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with strict security headers, and access to the messages we receive is limited to the people at AZEKA who need it.

This policy may change, in particular if new services are added to the site. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
