What is AZEKA?

AZEKA is an independent strategy and transformation consulting firm, structured as a network of international talent: experienced independent experts, often from the world’s leading MBA programmes. AZEKA supports executives and organisations from diagnosis to strategy, all the way to adoption in the field.

How is AZEKA different from large consulting firms?

AZEKA combines the rigour and method of large firms with the hands-on commitment and freedom of judgement of the best independents. A large firm bills a pyramid; a solo freelancer leaves you to assemble the expertise. At AZEKA, a team of experienced independents is put together for each engagement, steered by a single lead accountable for the result through to implementation.
